Phase 3 — Learning & Facilitation: Training and facilitated sessions that build shared language, skills, and durable practices.

Organizational work is scoped to fit your context. Most engagements are priced based on the number of stakeholders, the intensity of coaching, and the size of the learning component. After an initial conversation, you’ll receive a clear scope, timeline, and fixed fee (or phased fees) aligned to priorities.
