About Nick
I’m an executive and organizational health coach with deep experience supporting leaders across corporations, higher education, nonprofit, and mission‑driven organizations.
My work is shaped by an unusually broad foundation: Peace Corps service in western China, eight years supporting and training faculty and senior staff at the University of Illinois Urbana‑Champaign, and more than 1,000 intercultural development debriefs across over 50 organizations.
I’m trained through the Center for Executive Coaching and work from a clear premise: leadership development must be tied to real goals, real contexts, and real behavior change, especially when it’s uncomfortable.
Clients work with me when they want clarity, accountability, and measurable progress, not the usual motivational talk or abstract frameworks.
How We Get Results
I am a culture and leadership consultant grounded in globally recognized coaching and intercultural frameworks. My work is aligned with International Coaching Federation (ICF) standards, and I am trained through the Center for Executive Coaching. As a Qualified Administrator of the Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI), I help individuals and organizations build the awareness and capabilities needed to navigate difference, lead inclusively, and drive meaningful, sustained change.
My approach reflects what I believe the best organizational transformation work requires: rigor, insight, and follow-through. Every client engagement moves through three phases—starting with gold-standard assessment to establish a clear and objective baseline, followed by deep, actionable insights that translate data into understanding, and culminating in implementation designed to create change that lasts. This structure ensures that the work goes beyond learning and results in measurable shifts in behavior, culture, and outcomes.
I have supported a wide range of organizations through coaching, facilitation, and assessment work. This includes delivering training programs for a top-20 building contractor in the United States through Redhouse Performance Consulting, as well as leading IDI debriefs across sectors such as K–12 and higher education systems, equitable housing organizations, healthcare systems, and nonprofit institutions. Through partnerships with Redhouse Performance Consulting and The Winters Group, my work has reached leaders and teams within a top-3 energy company and multiple top-10 insurance companies in the U.S., helping them strengthen leadership effectiveness and advance inclusion in complex environments.
In addition, I have contributed qualitative research, analysis, and reporting in support of strategy consulting engagements with The Winters Group. These projects have informed high-level decision-making for organizations including a top-10 insurance company, a community foundation, an equitable housing provider, and a major video game studio. Across all of my work, I bring a commitment to clarity, thought partnership, and practical impact—helping clients not only understand where they are, but confidently move toward where they want to be.
