Engagement options

Cohort Coaching (6–10 leaders): Monthly group coaching with light individual support to translate learning into practice.

Team Coaching (intact team): Coaching focused on team habits: how the team makes decisions, handles conflict, communicates, and executes.

Monthly group/team sessions (facilitated coaching conversations)

Simple between‑session practice assignments and accountability

Group and team work is priced to match the leverage and scope:

Per cohort / per team fee (recommended for intact teams)

Per participant rate (recommended for open cohorts)
